Chili Recipe W/touch of Italy by John M.BetanCourt

Ingredients: Allegra’s Texas Chili-Beans

2 lb. lean chuck Beef ground
1 lb. Italian sausage
4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
11/2 cup finely chopped onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
4 oz. beer
4 oz. of red wine
1 qt beef broth

3 Tablespoons chili powder
3 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons oregano leaves
1 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 fresh cup cilantro- finely chopped
5 jalapeno finely chopped
1 teaspoon cornmeal
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1/2 Tablespoons salt and pepper
16 ounce of fresh homemade beans
